Cancellation / No Show Policy

To provide fair access to appointments for all patients, we kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to attend your appointment or insufficient notice will result in the following fees:

No-show or cancellation with less than 2 hours notice: 

• Consult appointments:    $40.00

• Procedure Appointments:   Procedure Gap fee quoted at the time of booking

Your punctuality is appreciated! We strive to maintain our schedule and respect your time. While delays can occur, please arrive promptly for your appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and a corresponding fee.
