By using the online ordering service, you can ensure that your scripts and referrals remain up to date, preventing any disruption in your treatment.

How to Order
So, how does it all work? The process is user-friendly and structured:

and Click on the Repeat Script or Repeat Referral button.
Order through the HotDoc Booking Platform:
A login / profile may be required, Click your selection:
Follow the prompts:
Ensure your usual GP is offering this service (if not, place a phone order with reception on 02 9888 1083 until your GP is set up online).
Read the terms and conditions carefully, certain medications and referrals cannot be ordered this way and require a telephone or face-to-face consult.
Confirm your details:
Ensure we have the correct details on file. You will receive your script via mobile, while referrals are sent via email.
Make the Payment:
A small fee is required. You won’t be billed until the request has been approved and completed by your GP.
Receive Confirmation:
After processing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation. Your script or referral will be sent to you within the stated timeframe.
Urgent Requests:
Should you require an urgent, same-day script or referral, please phone 02 9888 1083. An additional charge applies for an express script.
Please note: a GP is unable to backdate a referral.
Reviews:
Please ensure you don't skip your regularly reviews with your GP, to access the above service you need to have been seen with in a 3 - 6 month period.
